HOW DO YOU EVALUATE ANKARA’S REAL ESTATE SECTOR?
The sector is very vibrant in the capital. Because a dizzying wave of renewal is sweeping through Ankara. Residences and offices are being built with extreme luxury. Moreover, these luxury structures are in high demand.
Because, regardless of the sector they operate in, nobody wants to use old business centers or apartment buildings as offices anymore. Similarly, those who want to own a home are extremely selective about social amenities. People are rapidly moving away from ordinariness. While investors are rapidly turning their attention to Ankara, the extraordinary transformation in the capital is surprising everyone. These developments in the construction and real estate sectors are positively impacting many other sectors, and therefore the economy as well.
